Freedom from Smoking Gift Certificates Available

Freedom from Smoking has been helping people for many years and is proven effective. The program takes a step-by-step approach to teach the smoker to quit. Stress, weight control, coping skills, and pharmacotherapy are discussed. Patches are available while supplies last. The course is presented in 8 sessions that take place over 6 weeks.
